While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, your username and your country.
VinoDev SARL owns all rights to photos taken with the Service, and to wine data (name, region, appellation, varietals...etc).
This Service is designed to help you to manage your cellar and also to share information (wine data, tasting notes, ratings) with the world. Our default is almost always to make the information you provide public for as long as you do not delete it from VinoCell. For instance, your public user profile information may be searchable by search engines. When you share information or content like photos or ratings via the Service, you should think carefully about what you are making public.
A declaration has been made to the French supervisory authority (the "CNIL"), number 1856208 with respect to any automatic processing of personal data through the portal, in accordance with the provisions of French Law of 6 January 1978 "Loi Informatique et Libertés", as amended.
If you are a registered user of the Application, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
We don't accept hate speech, harassment, personal threats, rudeness or content that is pornographic, obscene or violent or is otherwise inappropriate as determined by VinoCell in our sole discretion. Abuse towards staff and moderators is discouraged and will not be tolerated.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We may use and store information about your location, if you give us permission to do so. We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.
